Never contacted customer service. It is my first time purchasing from this company. The yarn smells amazing and feels great my only hang up is the color ways that I received. I get that it is a mystery box but at least allow me to use the yarn in the box. Meaning that all the colors that I received were on the same scale as the main skein but the third mini was RED.
